Here at 2CI we specialise in urgent situations, manufacturing your circuit boards in just 4 hours.
The customer chooses when to receive the circuit boards, from ½ day, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 days, etc. to 2-3 weeks, a delivery time that still makes us extremely competitive for mid-level volume.

The 2CI manufacturing plant is designed to provide the highest possible quality in the shortest possible time. To do so, we have the latest technology available on the market to manufacture and check printed circuit boards. We have the most highly automatic machinery to manufacture your circuit boards with the highest level of precision. Our machinery and production processes allow us to create circuit boards faster than anyone else on the market. Plus, we are highly competitive in larger volumes and medium delivery times.
More speed for the deposition of SMD solder paste on both sides
At 2CI we always find ways to help you make your electronic assembly faster, which is why we’re proud to offer you our Xpress solution for prototypes, pre-series and series.
Base SMD Xpress row material is FR4, where you can centre the PCB’s with the technical band we put on all the PCB’s smaller than the usable SMD stencil area and with SMD. The band allows to fit the PCB into the base and, complemented with the guidelines, you get a flat finishing to put the stencil and the solder paste.
Our Xpress solution consists of the following elements:
– SMD Stencil, 127µ thick and maximun usable size 170,8 x 270,8mm. Delivery with prototype or manufactured series in 2 to 6 days, upon request.
– Base SMD Xpress, 250 x 350mm, which is the reusable tool for all your assemblies. Some of the advantages include:
1. Self-centring of circuits on the SMD stencil.
2. Wire positioner and three guidelines to help support the wire positioner, which we provide with the base.
3. Repeatability, thanks to the self-centring pins.
4. Easy to store, doesn’t take up space.
5. Compatible with thickness of 1.6mm.
